Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. The refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Solea makes no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future sales or results, or that you will earn any money, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others.

As soon as you place an order the process begins very quickly which involves several non-recoverable costs which are immediately incurred on the behalf of Solea Therefore, after 24 hours of order placement, full refunds will be denied per our legal agreement.

NOTE: Any White-Label services (including stores and ads management) are not refundable nor cancellable.
Reasons Eligible for 100% refund
- Refund request within 24 hours of order creation
- Product not delivered
- Store has technical/grammatical errors or does not function which Imperial cannot fix within 30 days of store delivery
In order for any refund consideration, the refund process form is required to be completed to begin an investigation.
